The Trustee-Council Annual Meeting (TCAM) will take place October 17-19, 2024, on Cornell's Ithaca campus.

The meeting location

TCAM check-in will be held on the 1st floor of The Statler Hotel in the Conference Foyer, which is conveniently located in the heart of Cornell’s campus. Please note that certain sessions will take place at various locations around campus.

Note: This year, we do not have a reserved block of hotels for TCAM. The Statler Hotel is reserved for members of the Board of Trustees, Frank H. T. Rhodes Alumni Award 2024 Recipients, and certain members of the Administrative Board of the Cornell University Council only.

Getting around

The Ithaca Tompkins County International Airport is situated 5.8 miles (9.3 km) northeast of Downtown Ithaca. There are several ground transportation options available to get you to the conference hotel.

Ithaca weather

Ithaca experiences the fall season with changing foliage and cooler temperatures. Ithaca weather in October typically ranges from an average high of 60°F (16°C) and a low of 43°F (6°C). The weather can be unpredictable, so it’s important to pack layered clothing options such as long-sleeved shirts, sweaters, lightweight jackets, and a warm coat. Pants or jeans are suitable for cooler temperatures, and you may want to include leggings or thermals for added warmth, as well as waterproof boots and an umbrella in case of rain.
