Onsite registration will be available on the 1st floor of the The Statler Hotel in the Conference Foyer during TCAM hours. On Saturday, 10/21, registration will be open from 7 am ET until noon.
Yes, you can bring a guest with you to TCAM. During online registration, you will have the option to register them after registering yourself. Need to bring more than one guest? Reach out to us at ovp@cornell.edu with your request.
Review the TCAM 2023 registration fees. Early Bird discounted rates are available until Wednesday, September 20th at 11:59 p.m. ET.
You can check out who has registered for TCAM on our "See Who's Coming" page. Names of adult registrants only appear if the registrant wishes to be included.
Once online registration is closed, you can register in person on the 1st floor of The Statler Hotel in the Conference Foyer during TCAM hours.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, October 12th, will receive a 100% refund. Need to cancel? Please get in touch with us at ovp@cornell.edu with your request.
Each fall, TCAM takes places on Cornell’s Ithaca campus. TCAM check-in will be held on the 1st floor of The Statler Hotel in the Conference Foyer, 130 Statler Dr, Ithaca, NY 14853.
Sessions will take place across campus, so we suggest bringing comfortable shoes, an umbrella, and a rain jacket in case of inclement weather typical of Ithaca.
We pre-booked four lodging options with special TCAM 2023 rates. Book by Tuesday, September 19, 2023, to secure the discounted rate. Check out our location and lodging page for more information.
If you'd like to make your own accommodations, there are plenty of wonderful places to experience the warm hospitality of Ithaca during TCAM, such as upscale hotels to charming bed and breakfasts. Check out other places to stay.
Note: The Statler Hotel is reserved for members of the Board of Trustees, Presidential Councillors, current year Frank H. T. Rhodes Alumni Award Recipients, and certain members of the Administrative Board of the Cornell University Council only.
Be ready for the fall weather with mid-50s to mid-60s Fahrenheit temperatures. Pack versatile layers, comfortable shoes, a medium-weight jacket, and rain gear. Remember business attire, chargers, and a notebook. Stay hydrated with a reusable water bottle while networking and attending sessions.
Most people dress business casual throughout the weekend. The seated Friday dinner tends to be a bit more dressy. We have scheduled a break before dinner in case you would like to change beforehand. If you are going to the football game on Saturday, be prepared for all of the weather and bring your Cornell swag!
Yes, an updated version of your confirmation email will be sent to you. This updated email will encompass the sessions for which you have successfully registered.
There will not be a cap on overall attendance. Please note that certain optional tours and special College & Unit lunches may have limited capacity. Register early to ensure your spot!

Note: The TCAM check-in area is not the same as the hotel check-in desk. When entering the main hotel entrance, you'll go into the lobby and turn left on the 1st floor. If you've never been to TCAM, we'll have plenty of people to welcome you and help you navigate your experience!
Upon arrival at the 1st-floor Conference Foyer in The Statler Hotel, our registration team and volunteers will be on hand to help you with the check-in process using the QR code provided in your confirmation email. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to pick up a program, networking ribbons, as well as enjoy some snacks and coffee. We've set up some seating and tables for you to relax, connect with other TCAM attendees, and recharge.

The Ithaca Tompkins County International Airport is situated 5.8 miles (9.3 km) northeast of Downtown Ithaca. There are several ground transportation options available to get you to the conference hotel.

No, pre-registration is not required for livestream sessions. Council Members will receive information on how to tune-in on Wednesday, October 18, via email.
