Registration Questions

What is the cancellation policy for registration?
If the event is canceled, Cornell will refund 100% of the registration fees.

Will TCAM programs be livestreamed, recorded and available afterward?
Yes, select sessions will be available via livestream and are noted on the schedule.  Additional programming may be recorded and available after the weekend.

Cornell University Council Members and Guests

  • Early Bird Rate (this rate will expire at 11:59pm on September 22nd):  $499 per person
  • Regular: $549 per person

Young Alumni Cornell University Council Members and Guests (Classes of 2013-2022)

  • Early Bird Rate (this rate will expire at 11:59pm on September 22nd): $449 per person
  • Regular: $499 per person

Will there be a limit on attendance?  
There will not be a limit on overall attendance. However, some optional tours and college and unit lunches may have limited capacity.

Will the University be sending out hotel block information?  
Hotel information can be found on the TCAM website.

Football Tickets

Where can I get football tickets?
Football tickets are available at a discounted rate of $5/ticket, with a maximum discount redemption of 4 tickets available (per person). Additional tickets will be charged the full price of $11/ticket. Please visit the Cornell Athletic Tickets website and use coupon code “TCAM2022FB” at the check-out screen to activate the discounted ticket rate. Discount expires September 30th at midnight ET.

Transportation and Parking

Will we be able to use the Campus-to-Campus bus service?
Yes, campus to campus bus service is available. If the bus is full, please be added to the waitlist. If there is enough interest, they will add another bus.

Is there a way to find out if others are attending from my area and can share rides?
We do not have the ability to coordinate transportation.

Do I need a parking permit to park on campus?
Yes, a parking permit is required for Thursday and Friday. You can reserve a pass when you register for the event and they will be available for pick up in the Statler Hotel circle when you arrive.
