Join a Cornell community dedicated to growth

The Cornell Alumni Leadership Conference (CALC) is an annual event that brings together Cornell alumni from all over the world to network, learn, and share ideas. The conference provides a unique opportunity for alumni to connect with each other, as well as with university leaders, faculty, students and staff. Through a series of keynote speeches, workshops, and panel discussions, attendees can explore a range of topics related to leadership and innovation.

Every year, we thoughtfully design the CALC program to empower our alumni to become leaders in their communities, professions, and industries. The conference addresses a range of topics, such as:

  • Resilient leadership
  • Building an inclusive culture
  • Driving change and innovation
  • Effective communication for leaders
  • Developing high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Personal branding and career development
  • Exclusive Cornell updates and networking
  • … and more

CALC is where effective leaders are made

Attendees come to CALC to connect with influential leaders who are shaping the conversation on impactful leadership. Each year, our speakers include accomplished authors, top Cornell alumni, and leadership experts from various fields to share their insights and experiences.

We welcome people of all backgrounds

We are dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive experience at CALC. Whether you’re a recent graduate or a seasoned professional, the conference offers something for everyone.  Spouses and family members are welcome, too!
