Henry Green ’95, MEng ’96 works with his family in Guatemala to produce gourmet coffee. Henry says that a fine cup of coffee tastes good on its own, without cream and sugar. Growing, harvesting, drying, roasting, and preparing a delicious cup of coffee requires patience. Read Henry's story to learn what goes into the process.

The Swanson Wildlife Hospital is collecting old stuffed animals for their Great Horned and Barred owl patients. These nocturnal owls enjoy tearing up the stuffed animals, and it helps to deter them from tearing up their own bandages instead. To learn more, email wildlifehospital@cornell.edu.
