Matt has served as program director since 2013 and is responsible for facilitating Cornell's rich and diverse alumni initiatives and associations. Prior to holding his current position, Matt was an associate dean of students at Cornell and program coordinator for the LGBT Center at Princeton University. He holds a master's degree in women and gender studies from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey—Newark, and a bachelor's degree in political science from Allegheny College.
