Maciej Filip Bukowski LLM ’17 founded the Cornell Club of Poland and currently serves as its president. In the aftermath of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, he worked with club members to cofound the Cornell Mentors of Ukraine initiative. “Supporting Ukraine was about more than responding to an immediate crisis; it was about investing in the next generation of Ukrainian leaders,” Maciej says.
