The good Cornellians can do: Bryan Weintraub ’21
Bryan recalls watching his dad Jeff Weintraub '91 spearhead the Class of 1991 Reunion. As an 11-year-old, Bryan helped out at his father’s 20th Reunion, and again five years later at Jeff’s 25th Reunion. The Big Red Spirit was infectious, and when Bryan graduated from Cornell in 2021, he wanted to carry on the tradition.
“Growing up, I watched him jump into action every five years to put on the most amazing weekend for a few hundred of his closest friends and classmates,” Bryan says. “The passion and excitement he exhibited for Reunion, both throughout the planning process and while back on campus, inspired in me a love for Cornell and a desire to one day create the same wonderful experiences for my future classmates.”
Bryan currently serves as Reunion Chair for the Class of 2021, a member of his class council, and a board member for the NYC chapter of the Cornell Hotel Society. He also enjoys bringing together his fellow Cornellians for in-person social gatherings and impromptu reunions.
In Februrary, he’s hosting an event for members of his business fraternity. “I'm excited to get the group together and catch up with old friends!” Bryan says.
