Zoom Webinar
Join Dr. Jeff Drayer '93 for a behind-the-scenes webinar on how the storytelling engine of medical television can teach us about illness, healthcare, our own bodies, and the highs, lows, and all the ethical dilemmas in between of being a modern physician. Drawing from his work as a practicing doctor and a writer of medical procedurals, Dr. Drayer will trace the full lifecycle of an episode. From idea to outline, script, pre-production, and shooting it all on set, he'll demonstrate how real-life cases and experiences are shaped into the characters and stories that come into our homes to make us laugh, cry – and sometimes cover our eyes – each and every week.
