Join Cornell alumna Laura Winter Falk (HE ’87, PhD ’97) for an evening that will stimulate your palate and your mind as you explore the bounty of the Finger Lakes region. You will enjoy a tasting experience featuring Finger Lakes wines, beers and ice wines all paired with locally-crafted foods. Learn the finer points of wine selection, serving, and even the history of the Finger Lakes artisanal beverage industry.

Laura Winter Falk, is co-owner & President of Experience! The Finger Lakes, a regional touring and events company that focuses on showing off the best that our region has to offer. She holds a PhD in nutrition, is a frequent guest lecturer at Cornell and other regional colleges, is a member of the Guild of Sommeliers, and is author of the book The Culinary History of the Finger Lakes: From the Three Sisters, a history press publication.
