Medical Malpractice, System Failures, and Legal Resolution
Professional liability defense attorney Rory Eric Jurman, Esq. (College of Human Ecology, Class of 1991) shares his experiences in representing hospitals, health care professionals, and their insurers against medical malpractice claims.  He analyzes the interplay between medical malpractice and system failures that have contributed to large financial exposures.  Case studies are used to educate and familiarize health care administrators and executives to help them address failures, mitigate risk, and eliminate error.
