Come join fellow Cornellians at Portland’s newest distillery + restaurant, a unique location that combines a legitimate on-site distillery with “elevated pub food.” We’ll hear from Shine’s distiller – Shannon Mosley – who will take us through the distilling journey, with a guided tasting to follow of Shine’s bourbon, gin and vodka. Questions encouraged! Cost includes tasting and light dinner.
