Join Chef Anne Wolf as she teaches us how to make this creamy, crunchy, toasty, chocolatey Pumpkin Spice Harvest Bark. Whether you’re looking to make a special gift for the holidays or an indulgent treat for a Fall night-in, this chocolate bark is sure to impress. Bittersweet, dark chocolate balances a layer of creamy white chocolate with toasted nuts and seeds, tangy cranberries, and a touch of warm, autumnal spice.

 

In this class, Chef Anne Wolf, certified chocolatier, food scientist, and America’s Test Kitchen alum, will teach you :

 – How to make this confection

 – About the science of chocolate

 – How to temper both dark and white chocolate for great shine and snap

 

Ticket price of $65 includes live virtual instruction and an ingredient kit in which all ingredients are prepared, measured, and mailed directly to you one week before the event. After registration, you will receive an Eventbrite link to pay for the class and order your ingredient kit. A confirmation email containing a link to the event page, an equipment list, and the recipe will be sent after payment is received.

 

The event page will have a link to the Zoom event that will become active at 2:45pm on November 20th. Registration for this class ends on November 7th.

 

Please note: Class starts at 3:00 pm EST but the virtual “doors” open at 2:45pm. Feel free to join early if you are unfamiliar with Zoom, virtual events, or opening pdf documents. We will make sure you have everything you need for a seamless, fun class. 

 

 

Anne Wolf is a professional chef and chocolatier. After culinary school at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California, she spent 6 years working in restaurants across the country before diving into recipe development and food science at America’s Test Kitchen. Her work and expertise has appeared in Martha Stewart Living, Cook’s Illustrated and Cook’s Country magazines and in countless cookbooks. As a chocolatier at EHChocolatier, Anne is ready to teach you how to create artful and delicious things from your home kitchen using chocolate.
