What: A decadent and transporting outdoor pizza making class with wine at the lovely home of Cornellian Sima Ali in Lakewood, CO.

Our chef host will be the charming and hyper-talented New Yorker Justin Freeman, an alum of Nobu, Uplands (Stephen Starr), Marea, and Ai Fiori.

Here in Colorado, Justin helms the kitchen at the Australian-accented vegan hotspot, Somebody People, and is the man behind @MonarchDenver, a cultish pizza and related pop-up. We will make and enjoy pizzas and have some fun wines to pair as well.
