This workshop will explore PCCW’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging. We’ll discuss key concepts such as power, privilege, and oppression, as well as anti-racism, allyship and microaggressions. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in self-reflection about their own identities and how this shapes our experiences. This virtual zoom session consists of mini-lectures, interactive exercises, personal reflection, and facilitated discussion. Join us for a meaningful learning opportunity to advance equity in our personal and professional lives.

This program is strongly encouraged for PCCW Mentors.

Facilitated by:

Shakima M. Clency, Peggy J. Koenig ’78 Associate Dean of Students for Student Empowerment and Director of First-Generation & Low-Income Student Support
