Elaine is the Carl A Kroch University Librarian and Vice Provost at Cornell University. She is responsible for the leadership and general administration of the University Library and Cornell Free Press which includes over 15 libraries and 400 librarians, archivists, and staff.

She will present “On This Rock: Why Democracies Need Libraries and Archives”.
