Dan Gotlieb is a residential real estate broker in New York City. His company, Digs Realty Group, is a full-service residential brokerage firm that shares commissions with its clients. Digs’ buyer clients receive up to 2% of their purchase price cash back at closing, and Digs’ seller clients are charged a reduced commission. Prior to founding Digs, Gotlieb was the only in-house attorney for a Manhattan-based real estate asset management firm with a 25 million square foot national portfolio of office, residential, and industrial properties.  

Justin WaiserJustin Waiser, Esq. is a Partner with William A. Slutsky, P.C., where he counsels buyers and sellers of condominiums, cooperative apartments, single and multi-family homes in New York City and the surrounding suburbs. He also represents condominium and cooperative boards, owners and other operators of commercial real estate. 

 

Justin WaiserScott Valins has originated over a billion dollars in loan volume over the course of his career. A Cornell graduate, Scott earned his stripes as a mortgage broker in Los Angeles before launching his own shop based in New York City, Scott Capital Group, in 2013. Most recently, he’s launched GoRascal, a mortgage company that embodies his approach of making the mortgage process as personal as it should be.
