Celebrating the launch of her new Cookbook, Plated: Weeknight Dinners, Weekend Feasts, and Everything in Between, Elana Karp (Arts & Sciences ’08) invites you to a cooking class in the Plated Test Kitchen where she’ll demonstrate 3 recipes from the book and teach you how to fit cooking into your life.
“Plated” delves into the world of “choose your own adventure” cooking, with inventive recipes focused on customizable, seasonally driven dishes that you can easily adapt to highlight the season’s freshest produce, the time you have to cook, and the occasion.
