The Check-in Process

1. Your group should arrive to the museum no later than 15 minutes prior to your tour time.
2. In accordance with the museum Covid-19 Policy, before entering the museum, there is a temperature check, and request for proof of a negative Covid test or you can voluntarily show proof of vaccination.

 

With indoor cultural events cancelled, this is your chance to join fellow local Cornellians on an OUTSIDE tour of the Norton Museum Sculpture Garden.  February 12, 2022.  Meet at 11:15AM in front of the Museum and at 11:30AM we will embark on an hour-long walking tour through the 37,200 square foot garden and see sculptures by such renowned artists as Antony Gormley, Franz West, Fernand Léger, Keith Haring, Joel Shapiro, and others.  The tour will be guided by a trained docent from the Museum who will talk about the sculptures, and answer questions about the Museum.  

If you are puckish after the tour and feeling comfortable enough to go inside you can stay for lunch at the restaurant in the museum or just down the road you can eat outside at The Square (formerly Rosemary square, formerly City Place), Clematis Street, or old gas station that is now Lynora’s.
