The Cornell community gathers to celebrate the life of

David J. BenDaniel | Don & Margi Berens Professor of Entrepreneurship

As captured in David’s obituary, his 30-plus years of dedicated service are highlighted by the countless stories of the lives he touched, and of his tireless commitment to bringing Entrepreneurship education at Cornell to the next level.  David’s family recognizes travel to Ithaca in February can be difficult. They welcome messages from former students and colleagues, which we are collecting here. If you plan to attend on February 5, please RSVP.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts be directed to the BenDaniel Venture Challenge Prize Fund.  Their hope is that this fund can grow in a way that celebrates David’s passion for entrepreneurship through activities of the Big Red Venture Fund.
