Join us online for our next installment in the Leadership Lunch & Learn webinar series on Wednesday, July 24 at 12:00 p.m. EDT. Cathy Cosentini Bonczek ’81 is going to walk us through the Tracom Social Styles Model. The Tracom Social Styles Model is derived from decades of research into workplace success. This research has shown that all people are one of four Social Styles, each with preferred ways of acting, thinking and making decisions. Understanding those preferences and increasing your versatility can help you determine the best way to lead and successfully interact with a wider range of people. Leaders who are versatile and who can understand, accept, and adapt to these Styles have greater impact. It’s about managing the natural tension between two people and making other people comfortable. And it’s a completely learnable skill!
