Dear Cornellians,

This year I am excited to offer you the “Cooking School” experience in collaboration with Hattori Cooking School.
This special event was made possible thanks to the special arrangement and efforts by Mr. Shingo Sakai (HTL, 2008) of Restaurant La Rochelle.
I would like to express our gratitude to Mr. Sakai.

Number of attendants is limited to 45 members including his/her 15 spouses and children
Mr. Tsukihiko Sato, Chief Professor of western cuisine at the School, supported by a few assistants will give you the guidance
We will watch the chef’s demonstration followed by the cooking , eating and clean-up.

Date and time: September 3, 2017.

Fee: 5,000 yen for graduates of 2015-2017 /  5,000 yen for dues-paid CCJ members  
/  6,000 yen for non dues-paid members and guests / 12 years old-18 years old: 4,000 yen/ 6 years old-11 years old: 3,000 yen

Participation condition :6 years and over
