Light bites will be served, as well as a glass of one of the featured wines will be offered at the end of the lecture.

Cheryl Stanley is a senior lecturer in food and beverage management at the Cornell Nolan School of Hotel Administration. In 2017, she was selected as one of Wine Enthusiast Magazine’s 40 under 40 Tastemaker. Stanley combines her deep industry experience working in fine-dining restaurants and hotels with her academic expertise in gastronomy, food, wine, and agriculture. For over a decade, she has taught “Introduction to Wines” – one of Cornell’s most popular elective courses, attracting over 700 students each semester.
