Help us bring back to life the spirit of Zinck’s Night! The International Spirit of Zinck’s Night is an annual event for Cornellians around the world to celebrate Cornell. This year, we will be gathering with fellow alumni, so please join us in celebration of this longstanding Cornell tradition! Below is a cocktail recipe for a tried and true Ithaca original (Bionic Beaver) from Johnny’s Big Red in Collegetown: Fill a pitcher 2/3 with ice. Then fill it halfway with a lager or pilsner beer. Add a 4-6 count of each of the following four liquors (vodka, gin, tequila, triple sec). Pour both orange and pineapple juice on top in equal parts. Add some Sprite and a splash of grenadine. It should look like an orange traffic cone. Enjoy!!!!
