The International Spirit of Zinck’s Night is a long held tradition celebrated by Cornellians on the same night all over the world. The Central Carolina Cornell Club invites all Cornell alumni, family and friends to join in the celebration happening across the world! Come meet and network with local alumni and remember the good times had during our time on the Hill.

One of our very own alumni started a local brewery, the Carolina Brewing Company, 140 Thomas Mill Rd., Holly Springs, NC 27540. The brewery is well known in the triangle and beyond. Keeping up with the Zinck’s Night theme, we will receive a tour led by Joe Zonin, the owner of the brewery. What kind of ingredients are go in beers? What chemical processes occur during the formation of beer? Come join us to find out, or just come for a drink and to hang out with other Cornellians during this international event.

Appetizers will be provided.
