Join us May 5, 2018 for the Sloan Student Capstone Presentations and Wagner Dinner Celebration!

Student Capstone Presentations
G73 Martha Van Rensselaer Hall, Cornell University, Ithaca
Lunch will be provided at 12pm in the Sloan Suite, 3rd Floor MVR Hall
5:30 – 9:00 p.m.
Wagner Memorial Dinner – celebrate success and join Sloan alumni in honoring the Sloan Class of 2018
Willard Straight Hall, Memorial Room
MENU:
Goat Cheese and Asparagus Ravioli –
handmade ravioli tossed with a light saffron crème; finished with fresh-squeezed orange, extra virgin olive oil, and fennel pollen.
Glazed Salmon –
glazed with citrus, served with Sriracha aioli, Napa-Ginger slaw, and lemon grass jasmine rice
Chicken Piccata –
Chicken breast, pan seared and served with a lemon caper butter sauce, spring vegetable couscous, and fresh Asparagus
