Join Human Ecology for a pregame tailgate that celebrates the bounty of the Finger Lakes Harvest! We have teamed up with Certified Sommelier and Human Ecology Alum Laura Winter Falk (’87, ’95, ’97) and her staff from Experience! The Finger Lakes to create an event where you will taste and learn about the amazing craft beverages and artisan foods coming out of the region.  Enjoy Finger Lakes wine, cider, beer and bourbon paired with local cheeses, charcuterie, chocolate, as well as jams and soups created from the harvest.

Come be a part of the party and discover why there is no better place to be in October than Ithaca and Cornell! Our tailgate will include additional tailgate fare, munchies, beverages, and giveaways! Finger Lakes Chardonnay paired with local brie
Finger Lakes Cider paired with pulled pork
Finger Lakes Cabernet paired with Finger Lakes aged cheese topped with berry preserves
Finger Lakes Bourbon paired with locally made chorizo
Finger Lakes Red Port paired with New York State chocolate covered cherries
Finger Lakes Brown Ale paired with Ithaca-made cinnamon chocolate truffles
