In this interactive workshop, you will understand:

  • The origins of blind spots, critical voices and self-doubt that hold you back from greatness.
  • How the evidence-based Internal Family Systems Self-leadership framework can permanently eliminate self-imposed obstacles so you can pursue bolder goals and realize your full potential.
  • How to achieve greater levels of executive presence, self-awareness and emotional/social intelligence.
