Have you ever felt your throat tighten at the thought of initiating crucial and vulnerable conversations you need to have with your significant other, family, friend and/or colleague at work? Here’s the good news: the Internal Family Systems Self-leadership framework can help you become a confidently-vulnerable and authentic leader, friend and romantic partner.
In this interactive workshop you will learn how to:
*Overcome approach anxiety
*Eliminate the root causes of fear of vulnerable conversations and emotional intimacy
*Have self-led vulnerable conversations through practicing with fellow attendees.
Speaker:
Emily W. Liu (HumEc ’84) is the founder of Soar to Greatness Now LLC and the author of two books. Emily guides people toward deeper emotional intimacy with courageous and confident vulnerability using the evidence-based Internal Family Systems (IFS) self-leadership framework.
$20 per person.
