A former Disney executive and seasoned strategist with experience at global brands including Disney, Warner Bros., and Estée Lauder, Rossanna now helps high-achieving professionals navigate career transitions, overcome burnout, and align their work with purpose.

Join us for an interactive workshop that blends reflection, connection, and action in a way that is both meaningful and fun. Through the Wheel of Life, you will visually assess key areas of your life, notice what may need more attention, and identify where you want to make intentional shifts. This is not just about insight. You will walk away with 3 specific actions that you can put into practice immediately. You will also have the chance to connect with other wonderful Cornell alumni, share perspectives, and even find an accountability buddy if you want one. Imagine leaving with greater clarity, meaningful connection, and renewed energy for what’s next.

Designed specifically for ambitious Cornellian leaders navigating high demands, career crossroads, or the pull of “having it all,” this event is your opportunity to pause, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and design a more fulfilling path that feels as successful as it looks.
