Please join us for an unique guided tour of the palate, specially created for us by Ben Liberatore SHA ’16, the General Manager of Harvest on Hudson and Cornell Hotel School graduate.
We will learn about and enjoy 6 summer wines paired with 6 hors d’œuvres, thoughtfully paired to create a palate sensation. Does this oyster complement or contrast this refreshing Loire Valley white? What’s the impact of this dry Rose and creamy cheese on your taste buds? Did someone say dessert and champagne? Yes, please!
Come wine, dine and socialize at this event and let your taste buds dance!
