Cornell Men’s Hockey is making its first-ever visit to the state of Arizona this New Year’s weekend!  Whether or not you were able to secure tickets to the January 1 or January 2 game, you won’t want to miss a chance to tailgate with fellow CU hockey fans and meet Head Coach Mike Schafer ’86.

Bring your favorite beverage and all your Big Red gear!  Coach Schafer has agreed to appear and share a few words with tailgate party attendees in the arena’s parking area.  Need more carnelian and white?  Support your Cornell hockey team by purchasing your Big Red gear at Fanatics or Bear Necessities and show up in style!

Note for ticket holders attending the Cornell at ASU game starting at 7:05pm: Signs, noisemakers, and cameras with a lens less than 6 inches ARE allowed inside the arena.  However, all outside food / beverages and electronic speakers must stay in the parking lot.  For those attending the game, food and drink stands will be available inside the arena.

Attendees should be aware of Cornell’s guidance regarding COVID-19 safety.  Using face masks is always encouraged especially when in close contact with others.  If you feel ill, please stay home and we will be happy to see you at the next event.
