Ever wonder about the Pinecraft community and the folks you see around town in traditional Amish attire?
Learn about our Amish/Mennonite neighbors!
This is a unique opportunity to gain an understanding of our Amish neighbors with a local expert who grew up in Pinecraft.

 Buffet, beverage, and gratuity included.

The Amish and Mennonites have had a presence in Sarasota since the 1920s.  Many Amish/Mennonites from the North are seasonal visitors. This is an opportunity to learn more about this unique community.

We will go to Der Dutchman restaurant for a delicious lunch and a presentation with J.B. Miller.  Mr. Miller grew up in Pinecraft and presently teaches two courses about the Amish/Mennonite community for ACE.

We will eat from the buffet. $25 includes the tour, buffet, gratuity, and a beverage. Come hungry!

Registration to close at 50 attendees.

Register here.
