Location: Lake Forest, CA

Sunday, November 17th at 1:00 PM

What: Learn how to prepare several quintessential, and amazing dishes from the South of France and the Catalan region of Spain, all from a private chef!

Chef Rick Boufford of the ex: Black Sheep Bistro restaurant in Tustin will show us how to prepare several tapas dishes with a series of sauces, Bouillabaisse and Four Season Lamb with garlic mash potatoes and roasted vegetables, plus chocolate cake for dessert.  It’s a hands on class, and we eat what we create!  This is a very fun and social event for 12-16 participants.

Cost: $55 per person plus service fee

Time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Where: This event is hosted by Harris & Linda Hunt at their home in Lake Forest.  The event address will be emailed out to those who have paid and RSVP’ed (see link below).  
Menu: We are finalizing the detailed menu now and will send it to those who RSVP.
