Join your fellow Cornellians on a private tour of the Sriracha factory in Irwindale.  Sriracha, or Rooster sauce, is made from chili pepper paste, garlic, vinegar, sugar and salt and named after the city of Si Racha in Thailand.  After the 45+-minute tour of the 650,000 sq. foot factory, we will head to the gift shop (Sriracha-flavored ice cream anyone?).  Space is extremely limited.
