Please join us for the Club’s annual Founders Day Program at the Union League, which includes cocktail party, dinner, speakers and Club business meeting!

We are excited to be joined by Jim Mazza, the Associate Vice President of Alumni Affairs at Cornell. In this role, he provides direction to Cornell’s alumni- and volunteer-engagement efforts. Now in his 28th year at Cornell, Jim has served in several leadership positions focused on both alumni involvement and philanthropy. One of his early roles was overseeing a scholarship effort that, among other results, helped to bolster support for the Cornell Club of Greater Philadelphia’s Rumsey Scholarship. Additionally, as Campaign Director, he oversaw the public launch of Cornell’s “Far Above…” Campaign in October 2007.  Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, which he earned in 1988.

As noted above, the Cornell Club will hold a short business meeting during which time we will recognize the past fiscal year’s Board of Directors, and we will vote for the upcoming 2018-19 Board of Directors.  There will also be a presentation for the G. Ruhland Rebmann, Jr. award, an award for outstanding service to the Cornell Club of Greater Philadelphia.
