The Cornell Club of Colorado is hosting a speaker lunch on May 30 at the Denver Athletic Club with Cornell alumnus Peter Karpinski, Co-Founder of Sage Restaurant Group and Partner at Sage Hospitality, as our Speaker. SRG is a successful Denver-based enterprise developing independent restaurants, and Sage Hospitality is one of the country’s largest hotel management and development companies, with several significant projects in progress for 2017. Peter has also been recognized by several prominent business and hospitality publications.
