Dos Luces Brewery
1236 South Broadway
Denver, CO 80210

For thousands of years, Chicha and Pulque were the two bright lights illuminating the way for brewers in the Americas. Brewed from gluten-free ingredients, corn and aguamiel, these beers are rich in flavor and deep with history. Little known in the U.S., Dos Luces looks to these traditions for inspiration and aims to explore the vast possibilities these truly American ingredients hold. Come join us and drink something old and new, complex and simple. Come follow the lights, come follow Dos Luces.

Dos Luces Brewery is a brand new addition to South Broadway, and Cornell alumni can be among the first to experience their unique brews. Owned by Judd Belstock, and cofounded with Dr. Samuel Alcaine (MS ’05, Asst. Prof. – Food Science).

For $10 per person, join us for a tasting of up to five different brews, and a tour/discussion with the founders.

Limited to 20 attendees.

For event questions, please contact Sam Alcaine at alcaine@cornell.edu.

For event registration questions, please contact Donna Carl at dc37@cornell.edu.
