Join exceptionally talented chef and food entrepreneur Jesse Albertini of Colorado’s Sfoglina, a boutique pasta company that makes revelatory, nutrient-dense pasta using local heirloom and heritage grains for a pasta making demo and delicious and hearty family style meal!

Limited to 20 people!

WHEN: Saturday, November 2 from 4:30pm – 7pm

WHERE: A collective kitchen space at 460 S. Navajo Street // Denver, CO

WHAT: This interactive, highly social experience will feature an opportunity to learn more about food entrepreneurship, participate in a pasta making demo and collaborate on making a delicious, autumn-inspired meal featuring sweet potato gnocchi with pesto alla trapanese, roasted tomato, almonds and torn basil. We will also be serving beautiful appetizers.

WHY: Join us for a chill afternoon and evening of cooking, learning, socializing and breaking bread. A great way to meet new people while doing something fun and delicious!

COST: $50 / pp**

**A portion of proceeds from this event will go toward our
continued enhancement of Cornell Club of Colorado programming and to ensure future
events remain accessible to the diverse, vibrant, and curious 4,000+
Cornellians living in Colorado and that we can offer even more free and
