Sweet Bloom Coffee is consistently listed in the top coffee roasters in the world. They have created a multi-sensory Coffee Cupping and Lab **exclusively for the Cornell Club** in their stunning training facility, where baristas from around the world train for speciality coffee competitions! It’s Disney for coffee fans. Fun fact: Coffee produces a wider range of flavors than wine and is why many of us that train for sommelier exams participate in speciality coffee classes!

Join us for a coffee cupping (think wine tasting, but with spoons!) and an engaging class that explores the history and origins of coffee, processing and roasting techniques, farming and sustainability etc. Coffee cupping will engage all sense including smell, sight, taste, touch and hearing. As someone who has traveled around the world tasting coffee, can say this will be a super fun and eye opening program!

This program is part of our Meet the Maker Series, which is designed to provide access to Colorado’s most creative and innovative artisans across food, beverage, arts, crafts, music, sports and more!
