The Cornell Club of Chicago is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the Harvest Ball on September 23, 2023 at the Chicago Club. This black-tie dinner will include Drinks on the Terrace overlooking Lake Michigan (subject to weather conditions), a Beautiful Seated Dinner in the Daniel Burnham Room, a Silent Auction, and Dancing in the Lounge.

Expanded meal option descriptions:
• Beef – Shortribs with spaetzle, pickled vegetables and seasonal salad
• Chicken – Roasted chicken breast with creamed spinach, baby carrots, green beans, chicken jus
• Fish – Grilled branzino with seasonal succotash, citrus, salad
• Vegetarian – Eggplant parmigiana – red sauce, mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella, parmesan cheese, panko crumble

The Cornell Club of Chicago is looking for individuals or businesses who are interested in being event sponsors. All sponsors will be recognized in the program and in upcoming email and social media communications. We have two different options for sponsorship:

Sponsorship levels (includes tickets to the gala):
• Bronze sponsor – $500 – includes 1 ticket
• Silver sponsor – $1000 – includes 2 tickets
• Gold sponsor – $2000 – includes 4 tickets
• Platinum sponsor – $3500 – includes 10 tickets (full table)
Event Sponsorship (does not include tickets to the gala)
• Band – $6000
• Cocktail reception – $5000
• Dessert – $1500
• Swag – $500
• Centerpieces – $350

Internal Revenue Service regulations mandate that gifts made which include benefits received are not fully tax-deductible. As such, the official tax receipt will reflect the tax-deductible portion of your gift as well as the benefits received. If you decline the benefits at the time you make your gift, the entire amount may be fully tax-deductible.
