The Cornell Club of Chicago is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the Harvest Ball on September 23, 2023 at the Chicago Club. This black-tie dinner will include Drinks on the Terrace overlooking Lake Michigan (subject to weather conditions), a Beautiful Seated Dinner in the Daniel Burnham Room, a Silent Auction, and Dancing in the Lounge.

Expanded meal option descriptions:
• Beef – Shortribs with spaetzle, pickled vegetables and seasonal salad
• Chicken – Roasted chicken breast with creamed spinach, baby carrots, green beans, chicken jus
• Fish – Grilled branzino with seasonal succotash, citrus, salad
• Vegetarian – Eggplant parmigiana – red sauce, mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella, parmesan cheese, panko crumble
