Imperial Dim Sum Feast

Once the exclusive luxury of the Emperor, the tradition of Dim Sum is thousands of years old. Over the centuries, this meal of varied, elegant savory, and sweet dishes evolved for the enjoyment of the wealthy in their own villas, then in tea houses along the Silk Road. Today, Dim Sum is an integral part of Chinese culture, served in select Chinese restaurants and savored around the world.

Yum Cha refers to the tea served throughout the many Dim Sum courses: seemingly bottomless cups. For our event, we serve tea and bottomless champagne or mimosa.
