The cruise will depart from the Shoreline Sightseeing docks on the Chicago River at the NE corner of Historic Michigan Ave. (Dusable) Bridge. Located alongside Chicago’s Honored Pioneer Court at 401 N. Michigan Ave.

Enjoy all the sights of our guided Architecture River Tour followed by viewing of the Navy Pier Fireworks display.

This memorable tour, with fellow Cornell Alumni, will cover all 3 branches of the Chicago River. Along the way, knowledgeable and entertaining guides will point out more than 50 architectural masterpieces as they recount the story of Chicago’s rise from the ashes of the Great Fire of 1871 to become the home of the skyscraper and the center of modern American architecture. Landmarks on this Chicago River tour include Willis Tower, the Wrigley Building, Marina City, and Trump Tower.

Attendees are to be present no later than 7:50 pm as the tour begins boarding at 8:00 pm, and the group will need to board together.
