Celebrate the season of blossoms with a Chinese Banquet of Summer Signature dishes prepared by Chef Owner Alan Yuen and Chef Partner, Shelley Yu, (previously exec chef of the famed Jade Restaurant, Beijing, and with Roland Liccioni, Le Francais, Wheeling).  Each course presented with French elements and paired with wine; see planned menu here.
