We all spend a significant amount of our day in meetings. Some meetings are productive, and others feel like time we will never get back. Making Meetings Work is aimed at giving you the basics for a solid foundation in meeting best practices. Now that we are working remotely, good meeting practices are more important than ever.
In this webinar you will learn how to increase the effectiveness of your meetings. First I’ll share a few concepts fundamental to high quality meetings. Then I will address best practices in designing meetings to achieve your intended results. Lastly, I’ll touch on facilitation skills that will help your meeting stay on track to achieving your results.
