Enjoy this month’s dinner at Oseyo which owner Lynn Miller called “an expression of my Korean-American story.” Oseyo is Korean for “please come in,” and the restaurant on East Cesar Chavez exudes this welcoming feel. The menu for Oseyo, which is helmed by executive chef Mike Diaz, was made in collaboration with popular Austin chef Rene Ortiz (Launderette).
