Join us as we check out one of the hottest new restaurants in Austin. Rosedale Kitchen and Bar has a cool yet relaxed ambiance along with an executive chef who was a winner on the TV show Chopped. The dinner menu offers healthy items and various gluten-free and vegan dishes, such as pan-roasted salmon with sweet potato glass noodles, wilted spinach, shiitake mushrooms, and tamari sauce; seared halloumi with blistered zucchini and tomatoes; smoked trout dip with Creole remoulade and housemade potato chips, alongside comfort-leaning food, such as a crispy chicken quarter served with seared okra, roasted corn, blistered tomato, bacon, and tarragon pistou and a steak served with grilled broccollini and chimichurri.
