Come celebrate the combination of Cornell Giving Day and Pi Day (3.14) with your favorite Cornellians! Let’s get together and enjoy some PIE! 

On 3/14, we’ll start at Mamma Toledo’s Pie Hole on 7th Street where we’ll select slices of pie for dessert before that shop closes (at 6 p.m.). Then we’ll head next door to Humble Pie for pizza (to be followed by our take-out sweets). 

Please bring your favorite wi-fi enabled device. During the meal, we’ll discuss ways that even small donations (say, $13.14, in homage to pi) can make a big difference to Cornell organizations, programs, and colleges. 

Your $25 registration fee will cover a slice of pie and shared pizza and salad. (Please let us know if you’ll require a gluten-free pizza crust and we’ll plan to order accordingly.) Drinks will be on your own tab. A percentage of your registration fee will be donated to our scholarship fund. 

If you’re feeling generous, we’d like to encourage you to give! New grads (’07 – ’17) who donate $100 or more to their choice of Cornell schools/programs during our event can receive a refund of their $25 event registration fee. More seasoned alumni (’06 and earlier) who donate $250 or more can receive a refund of their $25 event registration fee. (Thank you to our anonymous Arizona donor for that support!) 

If you’d prefer to skip the meal but would still like to join us for the Giving Day discussion, you can simply show up at 6:30 p.m. without pre-registering or paying a fee.
