John has a Master’s in HR & Labor Relations from Cornell University. During his career, he has hired over 400 professionals, reviewed more than 400,000 resumes, and conducted more than 3,000 phone screening and personal interviews. After spending 17 years in Fortune 500 companies such as International Paper and the Victoria’s Secret Catalog, John opened his own executive recruiting business, which specializes in recruiting conveyor systems engineers and warehouse consultants. Personally, he has been a job hunter during three recessions, so he is very empathetic to those who are seeking new opportunities.
