Cornell Club of Ithaca is holding their 2019 Cornell Cares Day event to benefit the Family Reading Partnership (FRP). This is a nonprofit partner organization delivering programs and materials designed to empower families to playfully engage with their young children as a pathway to literacy by promoting family reading practices throughout our community.

We will be helping FRP with a room re-organization at their offices in Danby NY. We have 2 worktimes scheduled – 10am to 12noon will be moving furniture in/out of a space for better organization/usage. From 12noon to 2pm, there will be a reorganization of books themselves.

Registration is limited to 10 volunteers per time slot. We will take a waiting list once the registration is full – please email CJ DelVecchio at cjd36@cornell.edu if you would like to be on the waiting list.
