“Fragile Legacy” examines the fragile state of the world’s oceans and beautifully displays the diverse life forms existing within them. The film also features Cornell’s rare and stunning collection of 19th Century hand blown glass replicas of miniature sea creatures known as the Blaschka Collection and shows how scientists and ecologists use that collection to look back with great accuracy to a time when those life forms could not be photographed.
